Therapuetic Use Exemption Forms - Important Notice

All parents should make themselves aware of which medications are prohibited and ensure that that their child has a valid Therapuetic Use Exemption (TUE) where prohibited prescribed medication is being used by their child. Examples include Asthma medications and Ritalin.
A list of prohibited substances is available on the website www.drugfreesport.org.za Parents can also download the latest application forms which should be completed and returned either by fax to (021) 761 8148 or by E-mail to Pamela@drugfreesport.org.za.

Kindly note that applications are treated confidentially and should be submitted 4 weeks before championship events where the bulk of testing takes place.
If in any doubt, please speak to your Doctor or Pharmacist as the penalties for contravention are severe.
